About the Role:
Bellini Osteria Toscana in Roswell, GA is looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team and uphold the authentic Tuscan dining experience we're known for. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency and service quality
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations
- Drive revenue growth through exceptional guest satisfaction, community engagement, and repeat business
- Collaborate with ownership on menu development, marketing initiatives, and special events
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a five-star dining reputation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale or fine dining
- Proven track record of team leadership, staff development, and culture building
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and Italian cuisine preferred
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
- Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credential preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
